Design and decoration is an imaginative, creative process and, for me, that process has been enhanced by some amazing experiences. I’ve worked in the design industry as a digital TV host and producer, interior designer and writer and am so lucky to have learned from some of the best in the business!
The world of design is beautiful, stimulating, challenging and (sometimes) glamorous! I’m inspired daily to expand my creative horizons and am excited to share with you a collection of my latest musings, lots of how-to videos and, of course, some of my favourite interior design projects.
Enjoy! And may you find a little inspiration of your own!
Sarah Glynn thrives in fast-paced environments, always giving it her all. With no two days the same, every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow!
An alumna of Ryerson University’s School of Interior Design, Sarah has worked with some of Canada’s leading names in both interior design and media. She interned at Cecconi Simone Inc. and Lois Macaulay Interiors, as well as Canadian House & Home Magazine. She was both a Designer and a Segment Producer on the CBC’s “Steven and Chris” show. She later became the Associate Producer of HGTV’s “Canada’s Handyman Challenge” and more recently, the Associate Designer of HGTV’s “Income Property”.
Sarah’s signature mix of new and vintage pieces makes every space unique. She knows when it’s smart to save and even smarter to splurge. The result is beautiful, livable spaces. Whether on the job site, in the office or in front of the camera, Sarah can often be found giggling through her own jokes! – because all work and no play makes for a very long day!
Sarah’s downtime loves include watching hockey with pals, playing tennis and catching up on Netflix with a glass of wine…. and long walks on the beach.
